Stacy's Boot Camp and a Yoga Revolution join forces to bring Infinite Balance, the first ever boot camp-yoga fusion class in NYC. In two 90 minute sessions a week participants experience heart pumping, fat burning cardio intervals, tightening, toning and reshaping body weight exercises and a yoga flow class designed to stretch and lengthen the body while centering the mind.. Infinite Balancers are pushed to find their inner sources of strength, endurance and flexibility all while maintaining a deep inner relaxation that creates the ultimate state of fitness for the body and mind.
All classes are held in Central Park during the warmer months moving to an indoor studio for the yoga portion of class during colder months.
Classes are Monday and Wednesday 6:30-8pm or Wednesday and Friday 6:45-8:15am. Yoga mats are required.
